Horny Hump Day

I'm participating in the Horny Hump Day mini hop today. http://www.hornyhumpday.com/

The idea is to post just 3 sentences to capture the imagination. Today, I'm offering another 3 from my newest release

Setting the Stage:  Though Ash knows Eli comes for him and they must go north to the reservation where John's family can keep her safe, he steals a few minutes with Livie. He still doesn't know how hot water comes from these shiny pipes.

My 3:
Locked in their embrace, they kissed under the spray, then quickly broke apart with a gasp. The water had suddenly gone cold. Between her bath and who-knows-how-long under the shower, they’d used up all the hot water.

Here's the story

"What an amazing book. Rose Anderson's love of Native American history and customs was more obvious in this book than the first one, The Witchy Wolf and the Wendigo (Ashkewheteasu). In this book, she lovingly explains Native American dance ceremonies and how the headdresses, fans, and ankle rattles are created. She writes a vivid description of life in the "other worlds," the Red Realm and the White spirit world, similar to Hell and Heaven. Ash versus Eli is the quintessential good versus evil story, but Ms. Anderson actually made me feel, at times, a modicum of sympathy for Eli even though he was evil incarnate. The victory of good over evil, of love over hate, of honor over dishonor--vivid, well drawn characters--wonderfully written love scenes--all make this book very worth reading. "

  1. Shower scenes always have such promise. There's so much you can do with them. No two are exactly alike. This one is quite the tease!
